Celebrating 10 years in the Community!
As part of our 10th birthday anniversary, we will be hosting a free public event during Mental Health Week as a way of giving back to the community and making a difference. The theme is ‘What if I am not ok?’ – Breaking Down Barriers and Making Connections.
Our team and other mental health service providers will be available to have a chat and provide information as a way of keeping our community connected.
This is a non-profit event. There will be lots of fun activities for everyone.

- Free Sausage Sizzle and Cupcakes
- Cuddly Farm Animals
- Food Trucks with coffee, ice cream and more for purchase
- Face Painting
- Balloon Twisting
- Fire Trucks
- Grounding Stone Art
- Worry Tree
- Hope Tree
- Community Drum Circles
